Interesting programs for ubuntu ...

This post want to be a list of my favourite programs that i normally run or install after a clean ubuntu installation. I hope this list will be usefull for you as it is for me.

Xournal : pdf files viewer usefull for highlight content on. It generates separeted file that describe where is the highlight.

LibreCad : 2D simple CAD (Computer Aid Design) program for draw technical stuff. You can store the files in .dxf format.

Chromium : Free web browser , similar to google chrome, seems to run a little bit lighter than Firefox that in this days give me some problems.

AdBlock Plus : This is an extension for the browsers  that blocs the banners , pop-ups and video advertisings. Really  Nice ... surf the web without the annoying ads. They must to be installed form the same browser like an extension. Enjoy it !!

Midori : Another Web browser more lighter that the others ones. when i looking for information normaly i use it.

Unity Tweak Tool : Really interesting aplication with what you can add some functionalitys to unity. I like a lot the hot corners... I realized just now that they don't work after a reboot... mmmm

Grub Customizer : Its usefull if you intall ubuntu and other OS on the same computer ..

Synaptic : Even normally i use command line to install packages, i like Synaptic package manager much more than ubuntu software center. I find it more flexible ...

Wine  : Normally i didn't use windows, but for some big reason sometimes i need to use some program that are not on linux ... Then i use it ...
